Cancellation Fee: Amendments and Cancellations for stays during event weekends, holiday periods, public holiday, and long weekends, must be made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Amendments and Cancellations at other times can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival for cabin accommodation and 2 days prior to arrival for sites.
Always happy to refund because we know things can change, you just need to let us know. For a full refund, make any changes and cancellations to your booking 30 days prior to arrival for peak periods, including long weekends and 48 hours prior to arrival at other times. Keep in mind that if you cancel in less than these times your deposit will be forfeited.

Shortening your stay: If you wish to reduce the nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid
No Shows. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Deposits and Payments: A deposit equivalent to the first nights' accommodation will lock your stay in when booking - except for stays during Christmas/January, Easter, Adelaide Cup, June long weekend, October long weekend where the deposit is 50% of your booking.

Peak Period: 14 December to 31 January (inclusive), Easter Holiday Weekend from Friday to Monday (inclusive) and Long Weekends
Shoulder Period: 1 February to 30 April
Low Period: All other times.
